This notice describes what personal data the website of IVVPRO Vállalkozási Zrt. processes, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.

1. The controller

Please send any question or request about data processing to the e-mail address above. It is our only such channel, and it is the one we monitor.

2. The quote request form

Data processed. Required: name, e-mail address, and a short description of the intended work. Optional: company name, telephone number, project location, project type.

The description is a free-text field, so what goes into it is your choice. Please include only what the enquiry needs.

Purpose. Handling the quote request you submitted, and contacting you.

Legal basis. Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The tick-box on the form is not consent: it confirms that you have read this notice. We record when you did so, and the wording you confirmed.

If you do not fill it in. The form cannot be submitted without the three required fields. Leaving the others empty only affects how precise our answer can be.

How long we keep it. We keep a quote request until the enquiry is closed. If the enquiry leads to a business relationship, the related data is governed by contractual and accounting retention rules.

No automated decision-making. Submitted forms are handled by a person; there is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

Spam filtering. The form carries a hidden field and an encrypted stamp of the moment it was opened. These exist to catch automated submissions; they hold no personal data and use no cookies.

3. Cookies

The website uses the cookies below. The first three are necessary for it to work, so they are not subject to consent. The statistics cookies are only set if you accept the “Statistics” category in the cookie settings.

We use no advertising cookies. The cookie settings can be reopened at any time from the bottom of the page, and an earlier choice can be changed there.

4. Embedded map

On the Contact page we show our registered office through a Google Maps embed. The map loads automatically when the page opens, from Google's servers. Your browser therefore contacts Google, which receives your IP address and the usual technical details about your browser.

Google processes this data as a controller in its own right, including outside the European Economic Area. You can read about Google's data processing at policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal basis. Legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): making our registered office findable. The address is also readable as text on the Contact page, without the map being shown.

5. Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)

If you accept the “Statistics” category in the cookie settings, we use Google Analytics to measure how many visitors arrive, which pages they view and where they come from. Without consent the measurement tag is not loaded, and no data is sent to Google Analytics.

Data processed. The pages viewed and the time spent on them, the referring page, the browser and device type, screen size, language, and the country and city estimated from the IP address. Google Analytics does not store the IP address. We see the result as aggregated statistics; individual visitors cannot be identified from it.

Legal basis. Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of measurement carried out before it.

How long we keep it. The cookies live for up to 2 years. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for the retention period set in the account, at most 14 months.

Transfers. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, as a processor. Data may also be transferred outside the European Economic Area, to the United States; Google participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can read about Google's data processing at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Server logs

The system serving the website logs requests in the usual way: IP address, time, the address of the page requested, and the browser type. The purpose is operational security, troubleshooting and the prevention of abuse; the legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). How long the logs are kept is determined by the hosting provider's system.

7. Who has access to the data

We do not sell the data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing. The following may access it on our behalf:

• The hosting provider — storage of the website and the server logs.
• The mail provider — delivery of the notification sent from the form.
• Google Ireland Limited — visitor statistics (Google Analytics), only with consent.
• The website's developer and operator — development, bug fixing, maintenance.

8. Your rights

You may request

• information about, and access to, the data concerning you,
• rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data,
• erasure of the data,
• restriction of processing,
• portability of the data you provided, in a structured, machine-readable form.

Please send your request to the e-mail address above. Under the GDPR we answer within one month at the latest.

9. Complaints and remedies

If you believe the processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu), and you may also go to court.

10. Data security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The administration interface is password-protected and reachable only by the appointed operators.

11. Changes to this notice

If the website's data processing changes, we update this notice and change the effective date shown at the top of the page.
